Well, I didn’t think it would be this easy to get more knowledge about yourself. In my day job I was working with people who had a very difficult time keeping up with their own fitness. My own weight loss is a lot easier to maintain than my friends’. I think that the reason my exercise habit is so much more important to them is because they want me to lose weight.
