This is the reason why I continue to wear a service tag while I use the site. I have been a customer of Salesforce for 10 years, and I have found that they are a unique combination of the best of both worlds. I love the ability to log in to my account, access my work, and see what I have been assigned. I love being able to access my workflow and see the actual data that I have been assigned.
Salesforce is the best tool for finding what you need to do, and they are a great tool for building your business, but they also have a great team that does everything you need and more. I was recently assigned a case that was extremely complex, and it was incredibly difficult to find the right people to help me out. I really appreciate the people who make Salesforce a great place to work.

While I love the fact that SFA is now part of Salesforce, in my humble opinion, this is just not enough. I love the fact that you can be a Salesforce customer and work with a team, but the Salesforce team is a team. They are all in it together and help each other out. It is a great place to be a Salesforce customer, but it is not a great place to work as a whole.
