12 Do’s and Don’ts for a Successful navigablemap
I’ve recently started an exercise that I hope will help me understand the “navigablemap” in a more meaningful way. I feel like something is missing in my life in many areas and have been searching for a good way to fill it. I had also been hearing about a new program at the gym called “self-awareness,” and I thought I could use it in my life.
One of the first things I did after starting self-awareness was take my to-do list and put a big tick beside it. I felt so much better about myself and my life for that moment. The next time I saw myself doing that, I was like “This is where I am at. Now I just need to start getting things done.
What is a to-do list? It’s a list of things that you do that you need to get done in your life. I have two lists: The first is a “to-do” list, and the second is a “to-do” list for my body. Both lists are organized into categories and can be “scragged” by adding a task to it.
