Every time I hear someone say that their home is “hynex memory,” I can’t help but laugh. While I love that people are so passionate about the idea of hynex memory, I doubt that many people are actually using these words. I mean, I get it, it’s a fun way to describe a sense of calm, but I doubt that many people are actually experiencing it.

There are a lot of reasons why you might be feeling your home feels hynex, but the reason I think most people are experiencing it is something called the “hynex effect.” Hynex is a well-known term that describes a sense of calm that is experienced in a variety of different circumstances. In order to experience this effect, you must have an emotional state in which you will be relatively calm.

My first thought after I wrote that was, “I wonder if this is the same thing he’s experiencing.” If he’s at his computer, watching a video, or doing something like that, he would be experiencing a sense of calm. What I was getting at is that even going outside for a short while can still leave your home feeling calm.

Hes experiencing a sense of calm as he watches a video or listens to music. And that is not just because it’s his favorite song or he is in a calm mood. It’s because the music or environment has a calming effect on him. What makes this feeling happen is the way it affects his ability to communicate. A relaxing music or environment doesn’t hurt, but it won’t make you feel calm.

A sense of calm is a state of mind that is in essence stillness. It is a state of consciousness where the body is still. It is a state of being that is a bit more relaxed, yet still aware of the world around you. It can be a mood that is more on the relaxed side, but not too relaxed; or it can be a mood that is on the more relaxed side, yet still having a sense of stillness.

It’s a bit harder to think about without music than without breathing, but I’m sure the new game will have all the music it needs to make us feel calm.
